Payment Data: Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Billing information you provide during checkout is processed directly by that provider, whose use of your personal information is governed by its own privacy policy.
Uploaded and Generated Content: We store the screenshots, images, text, prompts, and related assets you upload, as well as the outputs we generate for you, so we can provide the service and let you access your work.
Developer API Data: If you use our developer APIs, we collect API usage needed to authenticate requests, enforce account limits, maintain billing records, and protect the service from abuse.
Analytics and Device Data: We collect information about how you interact with our website and product, such as page views, feature usage, browser type, and operating system, to understand performance and improve the experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and provide the features of the service, to manage your subscriptions and credits, to process transactions, to deliver generated assets you request, and to respond to your support inquiries. We may also use analytics data to diagnose technical problems, analyze trends, and improve the product.
3. AI Processing and Model Training
Aqua uses automated and AI-assisted features to generate icons, screenshots, copy, and related assets based on the content and instructions you provide. We use your uploads and prompts only to deliver the outputs you request. We do not use your uploaded source assets, prompts, or generated outputs to train our own models, and we do not permit third parties to use them for model training on our behalf.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and secure your session. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may prevent you from using certain interactive features of the service.
5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as payment processors, cloud hosting and storage providers, and analytics providers. These providers may process data on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it and use it only to provide services to us.
